Great, plan to work with him again

I booked a cruise through Royal Caribbean for my entire family, who booked separately through my recommendations. Some members had not traveled in many years and were not used to not having a travel agent. To try and streamline communication and ease everyones concerns, I thought working with a travel agent might be a good idea. I was referred to working with Brad Striegel and he was great to work with. He not only consolidated our bookings together but eased any anxiety other family members had of traveling again. He answered my questions right away and if he didn't know the answer he would work to get to the bottom of it quickly. Brad even paid closed attention to the room rates and would make sure we took advantage of any price decreases as they came available.
